Perched on Wales' north coast, Bangor University offers a unique and scenic university experience. Most of the campus is based mere yards from the coastline, and the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park is less than five miles away.

The university was founded in 1884 and was once part of the larger University of Wales up until 2007. Both postgraduate and undergraduate courses are on offer in a huge variety of arts and humanities subjects as well as business, science and health.

On-going investment in facilities and support services means you'll have one of the most modern experiences if you choose to attend this university. A new arts and innovation Centre, new halls of residence, and improved sports facilities are amongst recent developments.
