Hi MagicNMed! I've got an offer to study Economics from LSE (which is great!) and obviously I've firmed it~! I'm doing FM, Physics and Economics at Alevel. I've been reading many posts on TSR such as those about MA100, EC102 which worries me a lot! There were some negatives on the social side of the uni, so I am wondering if there is anything that you could tell me in terms of:
i. the difficulty of the courses (I heard that many people do fail EC102 and MA100!)
ii. How did you like your hall? And which hall will you recommend someone to choose/not to choose if he/she wants a neat room and dislikes 'cliquely atmosphere'?
iii. what advice would you give to a fresher (studying L101) at LSE?
iv. What about the social life at LSE? Are there plenty of opportunities for socialising?
v. How many hours of free time do you normally get each week over the course (after doing all the required work)?
