dear pretence,
as i saw in the post on ubs ficc s&t in 2011, you seem quite knowlegable about ubs hiring in general and conversion rates in particular
so how do you estimate the conversion rates in equities to be this summer? above, at or below usual? which percentage would you approx. estimate?
btw: any idea on which desks have lower/higher conversion rates? (maybe you know how the desks get assigned to the sa class?)
