Yes I understand, it's sad but it's true. You say "Most people would rather give up a small portion of their freedom in order to have less difficult decisions to make," but that's far too easy...though I can see that it can be hard to reach for your freedom when there is a chance you may be disowned or treated like an outcast. Of course it would be hard, but there's a saying - nothing worth having comes easy.

For myself, I strongly believe that life is for living. Well it's true - we only have one life and we should be able live it to the full. Some people totally waste their lives - I wouldn't want that to happen to me. I'd rather die than have no freedom, no individuality and no chance to live my life the way I want.

    There's a reason leaders exist.

Gosh what is it with some people? Even though it's hard, some people need to learn to grow up, become independent and live their lives instead of letting their parents dictate it for them just because they "brought them into the world and fed them and clothed them and blah blah blah".

Sorry if I seem as though I'm ranting, I know you always have an opinion on this It's just that I feel as though people like us who have these views are in the minority on TSR, especially when you seen a lot of certain threads in H&R.
