My friend was in the exact same situation as you but she went with Nottingham having loved the open day. As for me, I just preferred Manchester as a city from the beginning so that was also a head start and the open days seemed good as well. I think they both have the highest teaching standards for pharmacy though and both are excellent universities. So I can't really tell you which one to go for (as I would be biased with Manchester) but just consider how far you want to be from home, and which place you see yourself in and the course structures.
