Yeah that always true, just hope i'm living with people I get on with. Yeah thats a good idea actually, then I can get a bit of unpacking doen before everyones there, would hate to be last there! I'm sure i'll be popping over to de hav now and again, may join the gym or be nosey:-) ahh I am excitedd, just know the nerves will kick in very very soon! Yeah most likely! Though it's all a lottery who ends up next door to you. I got there a little bit earlier than everyone else so I sort of unpacked and if I heard anyone moving in I just introduced myself. I left my door open when I was in my room for the first couple of days too so people didn't feel they had to knock. Oh, well I must have got that wrong then lol. Ah sorry I wouldn't know because I have all my lectures over on De Hav. I feel excited for you ha, I remember what I felt like last year during freshers! prepare for freshers flu btw, it does exist and we all got it. It's a pretty mad week!

Yeah will do, maybe its good to be hidden away! might be quieter when i need to do work or something!! Did you just go round peoples rooms on the first day or just settle in, put your stuff away first etc? Ahh I see, cos been talking to a few people in fern hall, but we didnt know how close we were to each other! Yeah I heard about the E block too! ohh really? I thought psychology was on college lane! Are there lecture halls? cos i only saw a little one when i came on the open day for psychology! is there a bigger one? hahaa yess maybe I will! and no worries will have a butchers under the table!!

Yeah never mind lol, just pop your head around the first day and say hi to people who come in the kitchen. Hmmm there are quite a few kitchens in Fern Hall, all on different floors. Kitchen 11 will be to the left of your door, kitchen 14 and 13 are up above and I'm assuming 15 above those two. There is also a little hidden 'Flat E' which is tucked away in the corner. Go exploring! Ah right you'll be over on De Hav with me then if you're doing Psychology, maybe you'll bump into me at some point ha! Yeah everyone is nervous, but it'll pass once you move in. We left it there for all you new kitchen 12 people to discover haha, didn't think I would find one on TSR though! Thanks for checking

Trust me! ahh well i'll just stalk all the other rooms haha wowwee im glad theres lots of people! how many flats are in our block? cos lots of people are saying differently to the little picture in the accommodation booklet.. so confusing! and thats pretty cool! i'm doing psychology! eek pretty excited now, bit nervous though but I guess thats normal! haha promise!! why the hell is that there

Ah right you are around the corner then I think lol! It's nothing bad, just means you aren't on the main corridor of rooms. Wow quite a few rooms, (I'm trying to remember ha) It goes all the way up to Room 129, so about 14/15 people? I'm doing Education, so I'll be teaching once I'm finished , what about you? Moving in day is such a laugh! Do me a favour when you get there, in the kitchen is this dining table, and underneath it we glued a drawing of all the guys from last year! Tell me if it's still there haha!

Im in 115, is that good or bad? haha. Seen pictures of it, it looks alright really! How many rooms were there to kitchen 12? Noone knows how many we will be living with ahh good i'm really glad to hear it! what did you study? eek i hope so, not long now just under 2 weeks til we move in! x

Hey, yeah I was in Kitchen 12 this past year, Room 122! I think it's pretty good value for money. The kitchen itself is nice and big, lots of space to cook and get around. It's pretty much one big long corridor, but depending on your number you may be around this corner where the toilets and showers are. There's a tv room at one end which come in handy, good place to socialise with people. The rooms are pretty big too! I've really enjoyed my first year, it's a busy campus, everything is a short walk away, including The Forum and Elehouse! You are gonna love it! Anything in particular you want to know?

Heya bit random but saw when i searched for hertfordshire that you lived in fern hall kitchen 12 i thinkk? I'm in there this year, just wanted to know what it was like! i know all the kitchens in fern will be much of a muchness, but how do you find herts? x
