  1. Oh right, maybe that's why scottish degrees usually stretch over four years. Thanks for the info (:
I'm so excited about Uni life yet really scared at the same time :3 Just realized we'll be course mates!

Yeah, they're really high in all the league tables for Psych And sorry to confuse - the 2nd year issue only concerns Stirling. It's a Scottish university, and British students can go directly to second year if their grades are good enough, because Scottish Highers are slightly less in-depth than our A-Levels xx
  3. Hey, thanks for the infomation!
Oh wow a 20min walk makes the campus sound really small, but jut about a nice size all the same. Yeah, and apparently they'll send you an info pack in July? Can't wait to start(: heard psychology is one of the better department in York(: omgosh and...your going straight to second year psych? How does that work, I need some enlightenment
    xx

Hey there I haven't thought an awful lot about accommodation, but we don't have to choose until August, after all. I have visited, everyone's dead friendly and seem really cool. Although when you visit you get a much better perspective on the size of the place - it's only about a 20 minute walk from one end of campus to the other, so I wouldn't worry about proximity of accommodation too much
  5. Hey!
Somewhere along this thread I read that you'll be doing Psychology at York. ME TOOO! I'm so excited about it (: Have you thought about accommodation though? I'm looking at derwent, but it's a pretty long walk to the Psych, James is definitely nearer but derwent seems to have a stronger community spirit. blaaah...
Have you been to the open day? I won't be going down for the open day because England is really far from where I live...Do tell me a little about the department if you've seen and spoken to respective people there (: Thank you!
