ahh yess same im defanitley hoping to go abroad too ! it would be amazing ! i think french will be my major langauge though, so francee but crossing my fingers for canada !
ive recently come back from the netherlands sooo that seems great aswell you would really love it

yess i will be probs staying in halls just to get to know some people so can rent in the 2nd year ! ive only ever been to birmingham twice soo i thought my best bet tbh was to stay in halls just to get my bearings !!
im really looking forward to going back and making my final judgement!

aww that's fab to hear I want to do 2 languages if possible, too and also do a placement. would love a palcement abroad, thou. netherlands, germany hopefully yes i will be coming by bus every day. I will work part- time only, working FT now and trying to save a little . I heard that for IR you get a lot of classes, sometimes from midday to 6pm, sometimes from 10 to 6pm and you dont generally get a lot of free time, unfortunately. I hope to work weekends and holidays will u be staying at halls or renting privately ? x

well i have only seen aston so far, but from what i can see its great for me ! i have to get a job while studyimg so great location and i generally like city centres ! also friendly atmosphere which is always a plus !
are you planning to commute then ?
i know right, im hoping to pick up two langauges if they let me !
im set on working internationally and acttually doing a job realting to my degree ! soo aston does seem perfect !

hi there :d I applied to Aston x3 and Staffordshire uni x2. Staffs was my insurance in case i didn't get any offers of Aston but I did xD I'm making Aston my firm, I've been doing loads and loads of research on unis in West&East Midlands (I dont want to relocate) and everywhere and everyone's been saying the uni's absolutely fab. green, small, compact but apparently friendly. you can pick up/continue a foreign language for free (brilliant for me). basically haven't heard a negative opinion about aston and fell in love with it. plus the course (IR with management &public policy) outline seems to really work with what I'm into. good luck making your choice! x
