Hi Kiss,
Two points here:
1. I've never issued you with a warning. There are many members of the moderation team, all responsible for different areas of the site, please don't target a member of the mod team because it's not possible for you to know who issued it.
2. We don't deal with moderation issues by PM/VM. If you want to dispute or discuss moderator action, make a thread in the Ask a Moderator forum.

You might want to re-evaluate giving your warnings, especially when responding to someone in a direct manner with a relevance to the thread at hand is taken into context - or do you not have a sense of humour?
