You name a price (PM me) which is reasonable and which is in line with how much it is selling elsewhere. It is an extremely rare book and there is a lot of demand for it that's why it's so expensive. However, don't worry about money because you can re-sell it after you've used it for the same price.
I haven't taken a picture of it as I don't have a digital camera. It's in very good condition, no dog ears or folds or anything nasty. Looks as though it was bought 2 weeks ago. -
