Seated military press. Strict form bring the bar down to your nose/chin (no further) and press back up(5-8 reps) Best way to build mass on your shoulders. Side lateral raises and front raises with dumbells (light and high rep8-12) at the end of a shoulder work out to aid it.

how do you develop your shoulders/delts.
I do a bit of training and find it easy to make my triceps and biceps bigger none of the exercises i do have an effect on my shoulders
