How long should a candidate expect to wait for a decision on a training contract application? If it has been longer than the 1-2 week indication, should we get in contact or wait because it's obviously a busy period?

Hi Jess,
I've got one very low mark compared to all of my others for my second year module grades. I am still trying to understand what has happened with that particular paper but my professor is having trouble accessing my exam script because it has been archived. As such, I have no reason for my low mark, so should I mention it in my personal statement for the tc application?
