    In maths A Level, you have 4 core modules (C1, C2, C3, C4) and 2 applied modules (S, D, and M).
In further maths A Level, you have 2 or 3 further pure modules (FP1 and FP2 and/or FP3), and then either 3 or 4 applied modules, depending on how many further pure units you took.
There shouldn't be any mechanics in the other modules, so if you just want mechanics, I'd just stick to M1, M2 and M3.

I see, so which topics (that's what we call them) are in core? Is it only pure stuff or is it worth checking out for further maths content? Or should I simply stick to M for Mechanics? Although I'm sure I seen some mechanics questions in one of the other modules. Is that possible? If so, which ones? Cheers again

Oh, they're the modules! C is Core, S is Statistics, D is Decision, M is Mechanics and FP is Further Pure.

It's ok, on this website http://sci2.co.uk/ when you click on mathematics it opens up a page filled with boxes saying c1, c2 etc all the way down to d1, d2. What do they mean? And which ones should I click on for further maths?

Hi Lizzie, I've been using the website for further maths past papers that you recommended. Thanks a lot btw! But it's quite complicated, with the c1,c2, fp3, m1, s2, d2, etc etc. Is there any chance you could explain, or refer me to somewhere where I can understand what each of them mean? Also they go into dates individually, will there be certain units on certain dates? Thanks for any help
