Some words of advice:

Switch to Biology - You'll do pretty much the same modules, but you won't find yourself having to explain to half the people you talk about your degree to that Zoology isn't a doss subject.

Live in the older en-suites on Ffridd - Cheaper, and you can't lock yourself out of your room (this is something that people in the newer halls do all the time)

Don't slack off in second or third year - You're already getting a degree from Bangor, so you don't want to make that worse by getting a poor grade. You also do not want to find yourself repeating a year, thus prolonging your time in Bangor (trust me, the disillusion experienced by many Bangor students after 1st year is incredible, so be mentally prepared for 3 years of disappointment)

I only live 10 minutes away so I'll be staying at home.
