I recently had a clear out of clothes and 6 bin bags later I am left with hardly anything :/

I feel like I am always wearing the same clothes, outside of work I either wear leggings or skinny jeans and baggy style tops/t-shirts. I want a change!!!

I'm 27 so I want to dress my age but I was looking for some advice on some key pieces I should buy. I usually shop in Topshop, Zara, New Look recently (they have some nice S/S pieces) Urban Outfitters and Mango.

I would like to find some nice Jeans and some different style tops to the ones I usually wear. Any advice would be fab :)

Hi! I know that Zatchels, Leather Satchel Company and the Cambridge will all do strap sliders/pad which take the weight of your shoulder a bit! Although, I think it it just the Cambridge Satchel and Leather Satchel Company that do backpack straps. These little details cost a little more to have, but I think it's worth it. :p

I really like it, I think it's nice to have something a bit different from a traditional polka dot. I would try it on in store if you can though, I'm anywhere between an XS and a M in Forever 21 (normally a S) and some things just don't sit right no matter what the size.

Your best bet is to try a few on at some shops that you like. If you are a skinnier guy then perhaps going for a fitted polo would be better as a baggy polo may just look like you can't find clothes that fit!

If you don't like Topman but want something stylish then I can recommend SoulCal for polo shirts or H&M. Never forget about Primark (it's cheap but stylish!)

Brown eyes pretty much go with everything :) Light blue would be good, white, purple, green. You could try wedges or heels with a thick heel and platform?

Even if you practice walking in them, if they're an uncomfortable pair of heels full stop (as 5 inch stilettos typically are), the chances are they'll still hurt on the night. I think you'd be best off with what I suggested.

well I'd like to know what you girls are ready to spend on a handbag and maybe fashion jewelries. my friend has some leather handbags selling at £95 and I was wondering if that's too expensive . but the leather is good though, not too bad but am still thinking cause i usually spend up to £40-£50 on bags. any suggestions as to where i can get better deals? also where can i get cheap fashion necklaces, i went to Topshop but they are a bit expensive. i do not have time to check markets.

Im also 6'5" so yeah your not alone. Most shops dont really do my size either and my legs are fairly long compared to my chest area so that makes it worse. However, thankgod theres ebay! I get alot of my stuff here, just type in your size and waiste and you should find results or use the advanced search and i think you can do it there too. You can get a lot of bargains here :) Its where i've been going for 2 years now. As our size is relatively low among the population, it also means that the clothes on ebay go fairly cheap as not everyone can fit them! Hope this helps, Goodluck!

Classic black Doc Martens would probably go pretty well, or any similar style biker boot if you're wanting to dress down and go for a more casual look.
If you're wanting to dress up perhaps black heels?
I'd suggest going for classic black shoes because they go with anything, allowing you to accessorize?

After looking around I chose them as they seemed friendly, were close to where I live In East London and seemed like they actually cared and promised they could meet the deadline. I was really panicked as there were 9 pieces to be made in five days! Anyway they were made on time at a good quality and at reasonable cost.

Authentic means exactly the ones the players would wear out to play in. The material is much thinner. I only own one Authentic soccer jersey so i can't compare it to others but through 2 years of use and wear its held up very well still.

In the terms of Basketball and American football jerseys they have authentic and replica jerseys as well.

Replica numbers and letters made of silicone sticker and the logo's so they don't last as well as the authentic which is sewn on so there's no problem of the numbers or letters and logo's cracking or falling off. Also the material is much better with the authentic.

I'm going to an opening ceremony for a sporting event in a pretty prestigious place in the summer, and I've been told that we're expected to wear smart trousers, jackets and ties. I haven't got a lot of money kicking around so I'm looking to save wherever I can.

I've got a navy blue skinny suit jacket from Topman (http://www.topman.com/webapp/wcs/sto...fRefinements=1 not the same jacket but a similar colour) that fits me well so if at all possible I'd like to reuse it. Any suggestions as to trouser/shirt/tie combinations that would work well? I'm 6 foot and pretty slim so I'd like to go with 'skinny' options if possible. Avoid the first like the plague, you'll just look like a Dad (unless you are a dad in which case go ahead..). The second & third are better options. Have a look on eBay and see if you can find a second hand Reiss one in your sizes. Better quality/style. Highly recommend eBay.

I disagree. If you're looking for Chino's and can push your budget a little, I'd be looking at Banana Republic or, if you wanna scrimp, Zara. Zara's chino's are quite slim though, more of a skinny fit than a slim fit.

If you buy something like Diesel, then you pay more for the brand than you do the actual quality. I'd also avoid Topman as their stuff tends to fall apart quite fast.

I would suggest a modest floral summer dress (have a look on websites such as New Look) in calm pastels. Add a contrasting blazer (tan, pink or maybe light blue) and tie a small satin/silk effect scarf around your neck (so that the knot is to the side of your neck). The scarf should be one of the colours in your dress, but only one solid light colour. Don't match the scarf and blazer, they should be different colours! Match your scarf with your shoes :)

I bought the pink dress in 12/14 and I'm usually only a 10 but went for a bigger size since it looked tight. It came a few days ago and it was too small. It wouldn't even go past my boobs and that was the biggest size they do. I think you basically have to be a stick to fit into their clothes :/ ah well the blue dress is a size 10 and fits perfectly so its all gooooooooood.

I like it because they jeans are of a decent quality - thick denim with selvedge seams.
The t-shirts can have nice designs and wash well.

eBay? Topman? Maybe look in the Asos sale? It depends, if you are only planning on wearing it that one night, then maybe hire or buy a cheap suit. If you want to wear it more than once then maybe spend a bit more, you won't regret it.

Also I think it depends on the sort of evening, a tux may be too dressy for some events so why not look at former Year 11's pictures of the night? Also, remember that if you plan on using it for other things such as interviews then a tux isn't too SUITable (see what I did there), a suit in navy or grey would be more versatile.

There's absolutely no reason to hate chinos and they should be a staple of any man's wardrobe, as well as some nice dark wash, slim-fitting jeans (no dad jeans here).

Buy some chinos for sure. The classic look would be a pair of khaki chinos, a light blue OCBD and a grey v-neck jumper.

So, heres the problem, I'm 17 and I'm only 4 foot 10, which is 148cm, and I have no idea where to find clothes to fit me. Most of what I wear is age 11-12, but childrens clothes are so, well, childish! I need to wear suits for sixthfrom and I am having problems finding them small enough not to swamp me. Prom dress website help - are any of them any good?

So there are some reviews about "scam" websites, with "scam" in this sense meaning that they use photos and appear to claim them as their own dresses/photos when really they just remake the dress.

I don't have a problem with a company remaking a dress from a picture. Tailors do it all the time, and they openly state they customise the dress to your size.

However, I know some of these websites use better materials than others. Two friends bought dresses online for our year 11 prom, and one turned out awful and looked cheap, and the other's turned out quite nice and she wore it to prom with no problems.

So, I'm just asking if anyone has bought anything off these tailor websites for prom or another occasion because its now our year 13 leavers do/prom. If so, which ones use cheap materials and which ones are actually okay? I know that some are, as my friend bought one and it was good, but she can't remember the name of the site now.

What colour should I get?

That Next jacket is alright, a bit expensive, take a look on eBay if you have time could find a real bargain.

What sort of jacket are you looking for? Take a look at Penfield's jackets, they're quite good for layering. Barbour's waxed and quilted jackets are always a good shout. Same with trenchcoats and you can't beat a double breasted overcoat/peacoat for when it gets cold.

Ok well, I recently bought a new pair of leapord print ankle boots which I really like and want to wear, but I dont quite fit into them perfectly. I can get them on but the zip up the side won't go all the way up. People have told me I can stretch them using different methods, the most common one being putting soaked newspapers in and letting it expand, but I'm afraid of the print getting soaked and running away :( I'm size 8 and there's no size bigger and I really don't want to have to take them back :(

But, just in case, I'd check out Karen Millen. They can be a little pricey BUT they make even 6" heels feel so comfortable. Seriously, I was never a heel fan either but when I found Karen millen heels I felt like my life was complete - they're amazing.

Keep the leggings and boots.

Drop the hoody, jacket, jeans and grey scarf.

Buy a long top (white or colorful), short sleeved (show off the arms), wear a little waist belt thingy and chuck a load of accessories around your neck and arms, replace your scarf with a much better colour (black can be sexy, grey is boring).
