  1. Hi, sorry I took so long to reply! I've applied for engineering so I have absolutely no idea about how competitive law is sorry... I assume you've done a bit of research so know basically how the college system works at Durham? When you apply you can choose a college preference, or let them allocate a college for you. You're application is reviewed by the department FIRST, if the department wants you then you will get an offer for Durham, regardless of if the college you applied for wants you.

You're application is then passed onto you're preferred college, and if they want you, you will be allocated to your preferred college. If they don't, another college will look at your application and you will eventually be allocated to another college.

Like any uni, extra curricular subjects will help your application, anything that makes you stand out above other applicants is important. Again, I'm doing engineering so extra curricular activities might be less important for law, I don't know.

I recommend you read around a bit, you can probably find much better answers to your questions than I can give you.
  2. why
  3. Alexander Hamilton was their puppet child as well:aetsch:
  4. You're only 16: perhaps you should read more about Rothschilds and their shaping of the modern world we live in. Did you know that until since the War of Sixth Coalition, until premiership of Robert Peel, the British tax revenue was reduced to the surplus value made by the English branch of Rothschilds?

Considering your political views, you should be well aware of those affairs.

When you study their legacy thoroughly you'll conclude that such claims are by no means 'ridiculous' when attempting to find individual humans whose the greatest faculty of mind managed to influence the humanity as a whole.
  5. Lool well if you live in Zone 6 you may as well drive if you can!
  6. Wealdstone is said to have s significant amount of poverty there

Plus Harrow has a low density compared to Lambeth, Southwark, Westminster or other more inner London boroughs!
  7. I think there's a major contrast between the poorest parts
I remember feeling a bit on edge when I passed through Northolt/Northolt Park near the Asda which used to be a Netto

I guess every borough has parts that are undesirable to say the least!
  8. Harrow has some nice houses-outer western London boroughs are wealthy- think Richmond, and Kingston!

The good transport links make Harrow a nice borough and it has a low population density-in some parts lol
Of course I'm not talking about Harrow town centre which O wouldn't want to live on lol but the borough as a whole lol!
  9. Oh yeah it has the bakerloo, Piccadilly and metropolitan lines! Plus London Overground and national rail

Some schools are pretty good in Lambeth, others are not lol!
Though they have improved a lot in the last 10 years

How can you not use public transport if you live in zone 6 lol-unlessyou use a car and pay the dreaded CC charge lol
  10. You're nearly outside London lol-though you're closer than people in Uxbridge or Bushey lol!

Life in Brixton is life in the super-urban parts, , pretty hectic but there's always something going on!
And public transport is very frequent compared to that in outer London
