There are plenty of articles which support the idea that transsexuality is biologically determined through genes or otherwise. I provided you with one research article that demonstrates real, visible differences in the brain structure of transsexuals, such that their brains resemble the brains of the sex they feel they are and NOT the sex of their anatomy.
The book I provided to you makes a further case for the idea of a "sexual identity" determined by biological factors including, but not limited to, genes.

There's a nice long article, providing citations, that agrees with the current model of transsexuality, which is that it is largely biologically caused.

Concerning your responses about transsexualism and "being born in the wrong body": Why don't you do some research on the topic then? There is currently a theory, after studying sexual dimorphism in the brain, that transsexualism (feeling you were born in the wrong body) may be caused by hermaphroditic brain development. (I.e. the genitalia of the person is male, but their neuronal composition reflects that of a female individual, which is to say that the external genitalia developed in a normal male way, but the brain developed in a normal female way. Quite literally, the brain makes the person feel as though they are female but their body is male).
Here's a citation for one study:
Kruijver, Frank P. M.; Zhou, Jiang-Ning; Pool, Chris W.; Hofman, Michael A.; Gooren, Louis J. G. ; Swaab, Dick F. (2000). Male-to-Female Transsexuals Have Female Neuron Numbers in a Limbic Nucleus. The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Vol. 85, No. 5, Pages 2034-2 041
Additionally, the book Sexing the Body by Anne Fausto-Sterling offers detailed analysis of the idea of hermaphroditic brain development and the biology of transsexualism. There is large research support for transsexualism being caused by genetic factors.
