I just want to make sure I'm clear how this works (I don't want to go and buy a £500 phone tomorrow only to realise this isn't what I thought and then I have a £500 handset AND have to go and get a 24 month contract as well.

So I simply want to know, if I top up £10, is this credit which I can then use for goodybags? Or do I have to pay the £10 goodbag on top of the £10 topup? Just 'cause it says you have to topup every 3 months, but if I get the £10 goodybag every month (as I plan to), I'll never use the £10 topup which means in month 3 I have to top up again to have £20 credit, in month 6 I'll have £30 credit etc. I tried to find out the answer on the site but I couldn't find much on this exact question-if you're an actual user then I may as well ask you!
