I managed to 'tick all the boxes' on the application form, but the thing that I hope won't count against me is that they ask what school you went to. I know there's some outreach work involved in some of the more deprived communities of Manchester, so I hope having been to a fee paying school (although I did get EMA and now a full uni bursary!) won't harm my application.
