Hope you can answer my question I have a company law exam tomorrow! What do you have to say if the question is whether or not AOA protect minority shareholders? I can't get my head around s33 and the link with minority shareholders, please help! Thanks!

Depends how big your handwriting is. Generally speaking, you should take the first 5-10minutes to plan your answer and the rest of the time you should be writing like mad - probably at least 4 pages for someone with average handwriting.

Hey, about your post saying you'd wish you'd spent longer in education...would you suggest doing a Masters then? I'm taking A level standard French next year as part of my third LLB year and have been looking into French/Francophone Studies as a MA with a term in Paris. I know it's not relevant to law but I don't want to go straight into the LPC, I would like a year out before I apply for TCs. I'm also planning on writing a comparative law dissertation on something regarding French law, UK law and the EU. Aside from working for a year as a paralegal or something, I can't think of anything else to do as I really don't want to do an LLM. Just wondering whether you'd think this would be worthwhile at all when applying for TCs? I would like to practice healthcare or family law, my dream firm is Capsticks

Hi i'm an Italian student studying for a semester in Scotland. I've been taking a look around and you seem very prepared. I've been asked to write a legal advice on the following case : G. University purchased a plot of land - in order to turn in to a modern car park - on the side of a river, but ignored the fact had been marked as a flood plain. The river swelled up and the car park was flooded and the foundations of the footbridge were damaged too. i have to express my advice in either the the hypothesis that Riverside ltd hadn't known the land was marked as flood plain or in the opposite hypothesis they had known it but kept this information from University as this would have made the sale less certain.

Do you think is a case of misrepresentation or unilateral uninduced error? Which are the possible courses of action?
