Ahh thank you!! I am going to have a go at asking for somewhere without any meals, although I'm not too confident it will be successful
I came back a week early from Yaro, just because the 23rd seemed a bit close to Christmas, and I'm loving being home!! To be honest, Firdaus was a bit much in the end- she blamed all my health problems on not going out enough and not drinking tea, despite the uni's attempts to explain to her I needed to be left alone when I got ill. She was lovely and we had a really nice dinner on the last night and she chatted for ages, but you know, it was just time to come home!
Crazy it was 4 months, it went so quickly!!

Without trailing through past posts with my awful internet here in Yaro, I seem to remember that you managed to get rlus to allow you to stay with a khoz without meals? How did they react to it when you first asked? What did you say?
I honestly can't bear the idea of being fed this god awful stuff anymore! It's given me migraine after migraine and I'm ill all the time. I tried to explain to my khoz and so did uni but it just didn't work! Sooo, I'm hoping I might be able to email and beg, what with there being a glimmer of hope since you managed it!

I see you're doing IR and Russian at uni, did you study a language previously at A level or GCSE, is it a requirment?
