Ohhhh! Yeah those aren't great. Although I find the oat so simple golden syrup pots keep me full for hours at a time. But yeah, plain oats and then add whatever you fancy, if you add banana it's like the most filling thing ever!

Ohh I'm sorry I'll give you some positive neg to make up for it! Your advice is generally very good and that's the only reason I negged because you're very credible so people would easily believe what you said! (Also I really love porridge haha)

Hey, sorry I didn't mean to offend you by it! But porridge really isn't that high in calories if you have the right portion, and what you get for those calories is protein and something which can keep you full for hours at a time. I just didn't want people on the threat thinking porridge is high in calories because compared to other breakfast foods (cereal, toast etc) porridge is pretty damn good. In fact lots of athletes say it's the best breakfast out there.
