Hey, you might remember me - you gave me advice about A level options for MML. I'm sorry to be bothering you again, but I'm wondering what sort of GCSE grades are expected from an applicant? I found out yesterday that I achieved 6A*, 2A and a B (I go to a state comprehensive). Are my grades average or well below average? Would I stand a chance? Thanks for your time.

Hey. Just a bit about myself... 12 A*s at GCSE, AAAAC at AS-level, applying for French and Beginners' Russian for entrance in 2012. Would you have any advice for me regarding Russian as, to be honest, I've literally done nothing; I'd appreciate suggestions regarding the Personal Statement and perhaps literature suggestions for things to talk about in interview. Well I have : AABBBBCCE in French,RE , English Lang, English Lit, Chemistry , Physics , Biology, Maths and History

I did AS Levels in Biology,Chemistry,Physics and English but sadly came out with UUUE

I am now resitting and I am going to study Biology,Chemistry,Economics and French.

If I got really good AS Grades and had an awesome all round application. Would I get into Cambridge for (Bio) Natural Sciences?

Because I have always dreamt of going to Oxbridge (Cambridge in Particular) *tries not to sound like ISA *

Because I know some unis are funny with resitters and I haven't got an A* to my name really?

hello! i made an open application to Cambridge (it never crossed my mind i could ever get an offer! so now i have a place at New Hall, which I hate Im pretty sure ill get A*A*A*A* and am from an aweful comprehensive school which performs below the national average! Do you think i have a (small) chance to change colleges? even if i make up lies?and how? id be soooo grateful, thanks.
