To be completely honest, neither do I! I haven't actually even done anything in the way of substantial proper exercise in a couple of years and terribly I am yet to start training! However I would recommend starting off small, a 5K even then working your way up. It's much more targeted and evenly balanced out in my opinion. Hope that helps.

Yay for revision! I don't actually have any exams this year, so I am blissfully revision free, but you're right, the library has been quiet. I think it'll start to get busier now, the official end of the Easter holidays is tomorrow, so Monday will probably be time for the revision-pocalypse.
