  1. Hey! Yeah I am indeed at George's. I especially loved my 1st year. The halls are really nice, they are well looked after and the rooms and kitchens are nice. I think most people miss halls once they have moved out. Have you been to see them? The course is great, they ease you in a little with the inter-professional programme (IFP) which covers a lot of the basics. The first semester exams do not count for anything so you get a bit of a trial run at things. I really enjoyed semester 2, you do cardio and resp, a bit of endocrinology and GI and probably quite a lot of stuff which I have now forgotten. The exams are hard but it is med school so they are going to be. But they are a long way off so my advice would be to enjoy your first year. Go to as many freshers events as possible, make some great friends, and be an active part of the marvellous SGUL. If you have any specific questions then don't hesitate to ask. See you at george's
