Hey. You seem to actually know something about RBS. How does their training programme compare to the bigger IBs? There is such a negative attitude about RBS I'm just wondering how it affects analysts. Secondly, is there any truth in the rumour regarding no bonuses to S&T analysts? How does their compensation+bonus compare to other banks? What are the overall disadvantages of going to RBS? Sorry for all the questions. It would be good if you could get back to me. Thanks a lot.

I've heard that you've done a summer internship at RBS GBM Markets. I'm currently applying for the RBS GBM Markets first year Easter Insight program. However as this is my first application and as I am only in my first year I have no-one to help me out or advise me on how to structure my application or cover letter. I understand that this may be asking too much but please could you send me a copy of your cover letter as I don;t have a clue on how to begin writing one. Thank you ever so much for your help.

Do you mind telling me what that entailed? Because their website really does not give much information about it, and one of their screening question asks what I know about the internship.
