Hey Akkuz, how's the studies coming along? Did you hear back from Imperial yet?

You have an offer from King's right? Did they interview you before making the offer? The reason why I ask is that I just heard today from admissions admin that they want to interview me and are setting it up as soon as they can get the appropriate people available.

Thats good news, but the interview will only be in June...I don't know why such a long wait. If you were interviewed, can you tell me what it was like? And is getting an interview a positive sign?

I know that if I get a offer from Imperial, I'll have to pay about £550 deposit. Not sure about KCL, I'll have a look again on their website. How long does Imperial give you to accept/decline an offer? I know they allow you up to 30 days to pay the deposit.

I see you got your Cambs offer, congrats. You must be well pleased. Are you confident you'll get the first they want?

Anyway, I just wanted to know if you hold any other offers? I am awaiting feedback from Imperial and King's (& UCL) and have also applied to Cambs for a funded PhD programme in Bioscience (which closes only on the 20/04). I expect that I'll hear back from Imperial and King's before I hear back from Cambs or UCL, so just wanted to know if you had to decline offers from them or did you pay any deposits to "keep" other offers until you heard back from Cambs?

There's no guarantee I'll be successful with any of them, but I just would like to know what to expect and how to play it if I do a offer from one of the London uni's.
