    Hi Lamasamaka,

    I've just had a read of your blog on your experiences with IBM and its been really helpful in helping me to prepare for my first round selection day. I just wanted to ask you if you had any information or insight into the graduate recruitment process? Do you know if your likely to have 1-1 interviews in the first round selection day?
