Ah, sorry for the late reply. No, I didn't, I got accepted on Birkbeck's CertHE History course I got to pick the modules that interested me too! Lots Japanese culture, Ancient Greece, Latin, Europe from 1800s, it's perfect. Do tell me how college is going for you though! I'd love to hear, also if there is someone named "Bunny" (not sure on her spelling of the name) she's lovely, she should be doing History there too, was looking forward to seeing her again:P

I'm still so discouraged by their thinking that I'm no capable due to my shyness. I've been looking into Birkbeck College though, their CertHE seems, to me, a lot better just for the fact the modules are chosen by you (Modern History of East Asia being a module I'm highly interested in). Ah, I didn't realise you were from Oxford too, so oblivious to the information box. It must be good to know Ruskin well as it won't seem as daunting I guess.

Ah, just some silly things. I had to do two short courses which were fine however the teacher of one of them basically said that because I was shy I wouldn't be able to keep up with the workload  . Appealed against it and so on but it's just a confidence crusher seeing at what the college's ethos is. Oh! I was thinking of getting in contact with the history tutor but thought it might seem odd but I guess it would have been a good idea.
