- About me
- Just a networking & security student at Stafford campus... though very heavily interested in nutrition/fitness... I got very sick in 2010 for a few months... stress took me over the edge and I developed all sorts of ills (though I later realized a lot of it had been brewing for quite a while; which isn't too much of a surprise since I was over 20 stone despite trying to lose weight for years numerous times and failing)
so from about new year 2011, I stumbled across a video on youtube from underground wellness' Sean Croxton about how good for you animal fat and coconut oil was. This lead me on to discover many of the lies we have been told in nutrition and since I have lost over 7 stone, cure all my anxiety/adrenal/digestive/pre-diabetic issues I had and am continuing to improve my health and body composition daily.
