I just read you convo with Vicki1805 and thought it was funny and also the word "Paki" is considered racist because in the days of Enoch Powell people said it with hate like some people do in today's life.

You're not being trolled, I'm just not a racist and don't see the harm, I guess I'm quite open minded, and if someone called me a "Brit" I wouldn't be offended, I dunno, perhaps I'm being too naive about it!
And I usually go to sleep around now, but I'm not tired... I should sleep though.

I don't see why calling a Pakistani, a Paki, is any worse than calling an Australian, an Aussie? Why is it so offensive?

I used to be able to walk to my local shop, and by a loaf of bread with no trouble at all.
Now I walk in, I pick up my loaf of bread, and then it takes 10 minutes to understand what the shop keeper is saying, because they can't even speak English, then they don't understand how much change to give me etc... these are the things that annoy me.
And it's not racist,it's realistic. If I were going to go and live in another country, I would at least have the decency to learn their language, and to not complain at how their country is wrong.

I wasn't saying all Black/Asian or any other race for that matter, are illegal immigrants. I was simply saying I'm fed up of illegal immigrants, and that a fair few people who were interviewed on the News or who were speaking in the background and who were looting, couldn't even speak English, that is what makes me angry. When there are people who obviously are not from this country, yet are looting/burning/rioting in our towns. Obviously no-one of any race should be doing that, but it makes it even worse (if possible) when they're not from this country, can't speak our language, and then complain at how our country is wrong.

Eh, I'm really not a bitch, or a racist for that matter! I just have really strong opinions, and I said at the start I didn't explain myself in the best possible way, I have a lot to say, and muddle it all into one. Either way I'm not too worried what people think, I know what I meant, but if you'd have stopped arguing for a moment you could have given me the chance to explain what I was trying to say.
