Hey LittleTee,
I am sorry you didn't see my advice in time.
You do sound quite confident. So, I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you mate!
Do let me know the outcome! I am hoping to build my personal and professional network from people at many different firms!
Good luck mate!

Hey LittleTee,
I am really sorry that I am late with the reply. I've sent it over PM as well.
BLP AC consists of a written exercise, small presentation to a partner and associate and a negotiation exercise. I did it last year, so, it may have changed a little. The written exercise will definitely be different this year but it was a tenancy agreement and you will have to summarise the relevant bits from it and advise the client. You then write it in a report/letter format. I think we were given 1 hour to do ours.
You will then have a small presentation to a partner (I think) and an associate, if not just 2 associates. You will basically have to summarise your advice to the client and all of the relevant issues. They are seeking for you to achieve the necessary degree of detail and, at the same time, concise presentation that looks structured, concise and, at the same time, significantly detailed.
Finally, you will have a negotiation exercise. You will work in a pair and will be given certain facts and a heads of terms that you have to agree. Keep this in mind, heads of terms are not binding, they are preliminary and I would mention at the end of the session, just before you shake hands with the other 2 people that you look forward to negotiate binding terms of contract because these are preliminary.
I didn't enjoy the presentation because you have too little time to present and the questions the associate(s) ask you fall WITHIN the time limit, which I found stupid. As regards the written exercise, try to work fast. The time is not enough to read in full detail but there will be few VERY IMPORTANT issues you have to pick up. Finally, the negotiation exercise I really enjoyed. It is testing your commercial awareness because you must reach a compromise that makes commercial sense.
You will not have an interview here. So, you don't even need to prepare for one.
Let me know how it goes and what is the final outcome!
Good luck!
