Hey sorry don't use this much so wasn't sure the best way of contacting...
Basically I noticed on a thread somewhere that you weren't enjoying the Classics and English course at Oxford...this is what I have been accepted onto for sep 2012 but am having some concerns about it, most of them the sorts of things you were mentioning! Have any of your opinions changed or is it still very hard to socialise being a joint honours? Also were you course I or II? Sorry for all the questions I don't know many people in the same situation and it would be useful to get some advice from someone already there!

Quite the opposite here - I pretty much spent all my time just bumming around in the JCR, was fun. Was really glad I didn't have a second interview on my second day there as I was so not up for one after spending hours just sitting around playing articulate...! I don't think our dates would have correlated anyway (or would they?) so I doubt we'd have met anyway!
I'm from Winchester, doing English Lit, History and Politics... judging from your 'about me' section that must make me a ****muncher in comparison...! Where are you from?
