  1. It's alright.

Title the cake recipe: VERDENS BEDSTE DRØMMEKAGE, this is optional and entirely up to you as what you name it. However it'd help should you need to refer to what you are actually doing (speaking from personal experience here..Totally novice to baking). There are two aspects of this recipe: the cake and the cake filling which has to be applied onto the cake once it's baked!

First thing first: here's the recipe of the cake itself!

    -250g flour
    -50g butter (I'd recommend LURPARK!)
    -300g of sugar,
    -4 eggs
    -2 cups milk
    -3 teaspoon baking powder
    -1 teaspoon vanilla sukker

Start by whipping the sugar and the egg lightly together. Next mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar together. And then add 2 glass of warm milk and butter (wee bit warm -little finger warm!)

Pour the mixture into a baking pan with baking paper. 1.5 portion fits into a standard baking pan.
Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf.

So far so good! Well I bloody hope so because it took be 20 mins to translate my recipe to English #hahahah# naah it is alright always happy to help a fellow food enthusiast

Slightly drifting away again...loool... Back to the topic.

For the caking filling you'll need:

    -100 g butter
    -150 g desiccated coconut (about 4 ¼ cups)
    -225 g brown sugar (about 3 ¾ cups)
    -½ cup milk

Now this is the second, and final, stage.

Melt the butter onto a pan. Add the brown sugar and few seconds later the coconut. Keep stirring it as it is going to be sticky (We don't want it to be too sticky to the point that it is rock-solid! If this, god forbid, is the case; keep adding milk!). Next add the milk by spreading it clockwise and start stirring it.

    -Final

Once the cake is baked, apply the cake filling on the top of the cake surface gently. Leave it for about 10 minutes till everything cools.

Viola! Voila! And there you have it!
  2. Hej.. Thanks for the suggestion!

Nice little baking blog you got there. Have you endeavored baking Drømme Kage (lit. Dream Cage) yet?

Once again thanks definitely going to pop-in for that session!
