Bex, you're a woman of the world, I need something cleared up. I was in the kitchen at work the other day waiting to get some water. The lady in front saw me and made space for me to get some cold water while she continued to get hot (I should point out that this is a boiling hot water tap of some sort). "I assume you wanted cold water, yes?" she asked. "Actually I was going to get a bit of both," I replied while filling my glass." Oh yes, you're the one who gets hot AND cold. My aunt used to do that too." First of all Bex, I didn't know I had acquired this kind of reputation. And second, is it really so far fetched to mix the two?

I'm studying for more exams! But I did pass a couple recently = pay rise = more money = good. These are the most important equations for me these days. Hey, I just thought of something: now that you are a mathematician and everything now, I can slip in more of these maths puns in our conversations.

I was in London over the weekend but am back here for work. I guess it's a pretty good time not to be living in a big bad city right now. How are things in your area? My parents said our high street was hit a little bit but not a lot of damage considering what else has happened in the surrounding areas of north London.
