Hey, are you studying human sciences?

Hi 
I have a quick little question but I didn't want to spam up the thread about something non-human sciences related. :') I filled out a survey for Wadham about accommodation, telling them I would arrive the night before and requesting accommodation. They previously told me to arrive latest on Wednesday 9am, should I be waiting for confirmation that they know I'm arriving the night before? Or just turn up on Tuesday anyway? I'm a bit worried :/
Also, a very popular question but what uhmmm clothes should I wear for the interview? Smart clothes? :/
