  1. There's certainly no such thing as an "east asian race". Koreans are one of the most genetically homogenous and distinct populations on earth. The fact that you've grouped them together with the Japanese foregrounds what I had already expected, i.e. that you have only the most tenuous grasp of the subject matter you are discussing.

    We could choose a different set of arbitrary genetic markers at different locales that two individuals have in common (independent of skin colour) amounting to 0.15 and call this a 'race'. Why focus on these specific markers over any others?
