Yea, that race to 100 bench from a load of guys lifting around 60 is a bit premature, 80 or 90 could have been a good target although i can already 1RM out 72.5 over a month ago so you never know... :P

I did beat you to 100 squat though i think which was our inital challenge back in like january iirc...

Go for it. I'm currently 1 day ahead of you on workouts so if we both add 5kg every workout i should win.

Lucky i have fairly decent leg muscles to begin with as i have a history of hiking/cycling/running. I knew they'd finally become useful....

Also going for 70 Bench and 50 OHP by like June... When i can OHP the olympic bar with a large 15kg weight on each side it will look awesome.

Almost as awesome as squatting 2 of the bigger 20kg plates each side...
