  9. Ah cool. Im hoping for some big improvements this year. A 14 miler on its own is still good going in training for a half marathon.

    I want to take my HM time well under 1:40 this year!
  10. Im pretty much the same. I need to lose body fat basically. 19 miles is a fair run, are you planning a marathon or just going overdistance? What sort of times do you run?

    Ive run 4:00:25 for the marathon, 1:41 for the half, 46:xx for 10k and 21:xx for 5k.
