  1. Hey

I was working in Dubai for a year!
  2. Well... Glyndwr is good university too in wales. But there is no sandwich or industrial placement year. The course is of 3 years duration. It is in Wrexham and that village is small and not so close to city. Maybe one will get difficulty to find part time job or to find other things. I have also got an unconditional offer from Glamorgan and accepted it too. Just have to deposit for getting CAS letter. I will make Glamorgan as my firm choice by will of Creator. I think you should also join here... Rest is up to you. If you make it then let me know...
  3. Yeah! right the tuition fee is kinda high for international students in other universities. I have also got offer from University of Swansea . They even offered me scholarship of 3000 pounds but it is valid for first year only. Moreover, the tuition fee is overall high and this won't help for following consecutive years of study. Though the course at Swansea is Aerospace engineering. According to my experience it is better to do Aeronautical engineering in bachelor's and then opting to do aerospace in masters or further research. About job prospectus there is GE Aviation in wales and few others. The second largest Aerospace industry in the world is located in Bristol, UK ; kinda close to University of Glamorgan and Cardiff airport museum is also close to it. To be specific, the job prospectus depend upon the hands of student. No university in world guarantee job placements... Hope this helps.... So, Glamorgan is your firm selection...?
  4. As far i got from the research of all universities around the globe for this particular course Aerospace/Aeronautical engineering. The University of Glamorgan is investing much in this field. They are confident to get it accredited this year(2011). I also contacted the RAeS(Royal Aeronautical society) staff for this. The accreditation enquiry officer said that after having couple of visits to Uni. They will decide it's accreditation and the course that will start from September 2011 will be accredited with Chartered engineering degree(CEng). I also contacted faculty of University of Glamorgan. They gave period from September - December for it to get accredited. I think it is better to join there unlike other universities in UK. Well... have you selected any university yet...?
  5. Thanx for quoting me... :-) . So have you selected any Uni yet...? And what do you say about going to Uni of Glamorgan..?
  6. oh right how did u get an unconditional??/ thats soo lucky!...oh right ive firmed QM for engineering not aerospace tho ...where u going instead?
  7. hey saw u got an unconditional from queen mary...what course? and u gonna go there?
  8. Ah cool . Going to Loughborough then?
