A bit less turbulent at least, thanks. My mood's still very low most of the time, but my head's not feeling quite so muddled and I think I've got a bit more control over myself than I seemed to do before.

Thank you. Basically just having some kind of a total collapse, so nothing to worry about there. Not really the kind of thing I'd be able to talk about fully on depsoc (there's a clue right there), but I really appreciate knowing there's people out there looking out for me.
