I really hope I get a Brasenose interview. I think my chances have been scampered by the fact I did pretty badly in the TSA... out of interest, how well did you do? In terms of grades, I'm pretty happy: AAAAA at AS and A*A*A*A predictions, so hopefully that will carry me through to an interview. But I keep on getting informed that the TSA score is the most important factor.

Brasenose seemed like such a nice college, your position is very enviable!

Just questioning my chances as the only thing that would prevent me from getting an interview would be my mediocre TSA score.

Otherwise i've got good grades 10A* 3A at GCSE, AAAA at AS and predicted A*A*A*A* at A level. I'm also a year younger, basically I skipped a year and did everything early...

Just, do they take all this into account even if my TSA score isn't great?
Or is the TSA score the most important thing at this stage?

What about politics as a fifth A level, is it valued? I've looked through the spec and a lot of the stuff seems to be common knowledge anyway (house of lords reform, PR vs FPTP etc).
Would that do for PPE?
