  1. Hahaha I shouldn't frighten you, I am not THAT good

Yea I dropped MORSE because my PS is only about economics and I have nothing of Maths or Statistics in it. So it wouldn't make sense to apply to a joint degree with an econ PS. And I will probably choose St. Andrews over Bath

  3. I'd still mention the book. You don't have to know everything in the book just what it is roughly about

Haha no I am not done yet. I'm still working on my PS, I am a perfectionist and every week I change something
  4. good! And how are you? Everything going fine with the application?
  5. walaikum assalam! :P
  6. ah i forgot to mention: I'm applying to 4 universities but 5 different courses. So I will apply for both MORSE and for Economics at Warwick university.
  7. Haha thanks! But it is not as impressive as it looks like. BTW today I was at the Open Day and they mentioned, that you don't really have to have existing knowledge about Economics or anything else. You should just read what you enjoy most and show interest in the subject. For economics the tutor explicitely recommended to read newspaper articles because they might ask you related stuff to current events.
  8. Here is a list of books for economics applicants http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=951848

There are some quite heavy books that shouldn't interest you because you're still a PPE applicant and not an economics applicant But i would recommend 'The roaring nineties', a very good book!

About politics i unfortunteley cannot tell you that much. But i would look for books that introduce you to political theory, books about the theories of John Locke and Rousseaou.
