It's been a wee while! How are you? Finished exams then?! To be honest, I stopped it a while ago because I had found that my weight was stable and that I was eating healthy so there was no need to do anything more than what I was. I'm playing sport regularly now so that seems to have taken up where the exercise regime left off. Cricket season has already begun! x

LOL, I'm afraid it must have been a doppleganger my dear. Damn it, I have never had a doppleganger before, I don't like this... although perhaps together we can cause some mischief
