I noticed your post about Linklaters in the Vacation Scheme thread. Congratulations by the way! You're probably very busy but I have been invited to a Linklaters Interview Day for a Training Contract and had two questions.

Do you remember what kind of questions they asked in your partner interviews? And how would you suggest preparing for the Work Simulation Exercise?

Thanks very much! Was lucky enough to get an excellent interview feedback sheet from college today which basically listed the questions asked a few weeks ago. They look like similar questions to what you have mentioned so it seems like I should be able to offer a good answer, or at least fire in the right direction! Do you mind me asking if you applied to the Leeds office or elsewhere? I applied to the Leeds office and I'm just wondering if it's going to be the same HR team calling everyone or whether it's each individual office.

just read your post about the evershed telephone interview. Sorry to hear that it didn't go so well :-s I have one coming up and I'm panicking about what they're going to ask. Would you be able to offer me any advice?
