No never, but I've heard great things from people that have. He's a huge fan of my favourite band 'The Hold Steady' so it'd be pretty difficult for me to not like him!

aha, don't be! I've been to a few gigs on my own in the past, it really isn't that bad. It's really easy to talk to strangers cos' you're all there for the same reason and when the band does come on, nobody will even notice you're on your own!
