Awh, commiserations bud. If you don't manage to find something in clearing, then a gap year and resits are the way forward. It can take a lot out of you as I'm sure you'll imagine, but it's the only way you'll be able to study the course you actually want to study; also one within a reputable university - don't settle for anything less through clearing. I already have my grades, so results day didn't really affect me. Set-backs like this sure do suck . Hope it all works out for you in the end. I'm here if you need someone to talk to!
