    Hey,
    i was just reading the 'Help with IBS' thread and wondering if you could give me some tips...im not sure what i have yet-ive been told that its either IBD or crohns diseaes-my doctor seems to think its more crohns than anything, but were waiting till ive hade my colonoscopy.

    About the diet issue, i can relate to that..im beginning to understand the foods my body can handle and the foods it cannot....i think pasta may be a problem too, as i had it for lunch yesterday and was in such a pain, that im still feeling pain now...im also suffering from fatigue after doing an all-nighter and stressed about school work...

    i dont really know why im writing to you..but i was just wondering if you could help me make sense of my situation...
