    hey catrina, I read your post on the student room about not getting into halls, and I am also studying geography ! did you manage to find private accom ? I really hate the halls I have been given ( albany halls) and I am trying to transfer

    Ahh I'm sorry! Have you seen the facebook group for St Andrews? http://www.facebook.com/groups/175954775768808/ There were definitely some other people on there who missed the deadline and were also looking for their own accommodation - you could try talking to them to see what they're doing? Let me know how you get on. I'm doing psychology, but still need to choose my two other subjects - stuck between IR, English and German. Decisions!

    Hi! Yep I'm still waiting, although I definitely did apply before the deadline, unless they somehow didn't get my application. I'm sorry that you missed it, although I'm sure the Uni would help you to get accommodation somewhere even if they can't give you one of the more popular places! I hope we both hear soon! Otherwise... I shall be homeless. :P What are you studying there?
