I'm 5'10, 175lbs and around 9% bf i think (maybe 10%). Bicep size I'm not too sure about but I would hazard a guess at around 16 inches. Working out is about patience, commitment and most of all, diet! So find a nice routine, change it up once in a while and keep up the hard work for a couple of years.
